Avantium Releases Agenda for Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders

AMSTERDAM, 18 October 2022, 17:45 hrs CEST – Avantium N.V., a leading technology company in renewable chemistry, has published the agenda and other meeting documents for its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) related to the nomination of Mr Boudewijn van Schaïk as member of the Management Board (statutair bestuurder) of Avantium N.V. with the title of Chief Financial Officer.
